Attention MoreInfo 4.0 Customers

Owners of version 3.0 or 4.0 can upgrade their copy by installing the
5.0 demo and then obtaining an access code from SilverWARE.  The
upgrade to 5.0 is $25 which covers the cost of the software.  Users
can also request to be shipped a new manual and disk for an additional
$5 ($7 outside the U.S.).  Users can upgrade via our secure online
order from on our website, fax, e-mail or by phone.  An Adobe Acrobat
version of the manual will be available at no charge

NOTE: BEFORE UPGRADING, SILVERWARE MUST HAVE YOUR MOREINFO
REGISTRATION CARD ON FILE. REGISTRATION CARDS MAY BE FAXED OR MAILED.

IMPORTANT: Previous users of MoreInfo need to run a data updater to
access their existing MoreInfo data.  Once updated, the data will not
be accessible under any older version.  However, users can demo
version 5.0 prior to updating their data without any problem.  The
data updating function can be performed at any time.


INSTALLATION OF 5.0 1.  First remove all of the MoreInfo 4.X
components (MoreInfo, At a Glance, MI Prefs) Removing the MoreInfo
packages will NOT cause any data to be lost. 2.  Install the MoreInfo
5.0 components A.  First install the MI5D.pkg file. B.  Then install
the AAG5.pkg file. C.  Then install the remaining packages as desired.
3.  At this time, you can run the MI 5 Updater if you wish.  The
Updater can be run at any time.  The updater is an application which
converts all of the MoreInfo 4.0 links to a new, more robust linking
format.


UNLOCKING VERSION 5.0

MoreInfo 5.0 uses a similar unlocking process to 4.0.  That is, you
are required to first provide a "seed" key which then in turn is used
to generate an access key.  The "seed" key can be obtain by:

1.  First open the Extras application. 2.  Tap on the MoreInfo 5.0
icon.

Inside the MoreInfo 5.0 Unlock screen will appear your seed key.  The
seed key will be capitalized and will contain an asterisk wherever a
space would appear.  This seed key should be provided at the time of
upgrade so that a correct access code can be generated.
