This software is an extension to the Newton Handwriting Recognition.
Please read the license for legal information.

Requirements:
=============
This package requires a NOS 2.x device.

Installation:
=============
Simply use any software that allows to download a package on your MP.

Purpose:
========
This software enhances both the recognition and the interface.
The recognition is improved by using some basic post-processing rules,
mostly based on dictionaries.
A better documentation is planned, please be patient.

What's New?
===========
Since0.6a9 (last release):
- Several bugs were fixed
- Japanese Support (buggy) using nJIM: if you write a word in Romanji,
you can select the Hiragana/KatakanaKanji transcriptions in the correct
popup. Requires the Elisan10 font.
nJIM and Elisan 10 Font can be downloaded on Tomoyoshi Murai's website:
http://www.murata.sip.or.jp/~tmurai/

This software is still being developped. In each new version, some
bugs are fixed and some new bugs are introduced. Please send
bug reports to help me fix them for the next release.
