NameDropper 5.01AboutNameDropper does one of four things. 1. Moves you to the Hilited name. 2. Add a blank name card. 3. Add a name card based on what you have selected.* 4. Add a name card based on Mailing a Text only version of the Name Card.*  * Will also add any extra text to the notes area of the name card. ** This is a 45 day demo. A registration code is required to continue use after 45 days.  How To1. Moves you to the selected name: (my idea)	a. Hilite a name*, 		b. tap the Names button, 	c. NameDropper moves you to that name card. It's that simple.*	i) In Newton OS 1x, the hilited text must be the last name or a company name)	ii) In Newton OS 2.0 the hilited text must be the last name, company, first name, zip code - this depends on the sort order that is set in the Names-> i ->Prefs.2. Add a blank name card: (Ben Gottlieb's idea)	a. Write "New" (in the Notepad for instance)	b. Hilite "New"	c. tap the Names button	d. NameDropper creates a blank name card for you to fill in.		(notice that the country is automatically filled out for you,		 NameDropper uses whatever country you live in as the default)3. Add a name card based on what you have selected: (Leonard Hooks idea)		a. I'm going to attach Leonard's (slightly edited) message board posting	to explain this:  		"I would like to see a shareware program that would allow me to write a	note, in a specific format, then select that text and tap the Names	button, and have it automatically set up a new names file entry using	that info.  I frequently write notes of a persons name, address and	phone and then have to do some gymnastics to cut and paste the info	into the Name file.		Here's how my suggestion would work:  Let each line represent the line in the Names file.	Line 1   First Name	Line 2   Last Name	Line 3   (if there are only numbers here assume this is name and phone info	          only and create the record that way) otherwise, this is company name.	          If the line is blank, skip it.	Line 4   Address	Line 5   City	Line 6   State	Line 7   Zip	Line 8   Phone	Line 9   Fax	Therefore, if I entered the following:	 new	 Hardy 	 Macia 	 Catamount Software	 P.O. Box 8276	 Essex	 VT	 05451	 802 863-5256	then selected the text and dropped on the button, it would make a new record.	Another version would allow me to write:	 new	 Hardy	 Macia 	 802 863-5256 	 802 863-5256             /* I have the same fax line */	then when the Name Button is tapped, it would act accordingly."	Yet, another version would be to write: (for adding email addresses)		 new 	 Hardy 	 Macia 	 hardy@catamount.com          /* you need the @ sign, or it will  	 								 think it is an telephone number */ 	then when the Name Button is tapped, it would act accordingly."4. Add a name card based on what you have selected, but use with text generated by Mailing a Name card. I wrote this so that it could be used in conjunction with Aloha. (my idea)	Each line is really one line from the Names Card. You must formatted it	slightly to break apart first and last names, to break apart the city,	state, zip, and to add blank line for field that do not exist.		The lines required are:	line 0 : card	line 1 : salutation	line 2 : first name	line 3 : last name	line 4 : title: title	line 5 : company	line 6 : address line 1	line 7 : address line 2	line 8 : city	line 9 : state	line 10 : zip code	line 11 : country	line 12 : phone: phone number	line 13 : phone: phone number	line 14 : phone: phone number	line 15 : phone: phone number	line 16 : birthday : birthday	line 17 : email address:  email address	line 18+ : notes		So, it would look like:	card	Mr.	Hardy	Macia	President	Catamount Software	P.O.
